30 Day No-Hassle Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with any product you have purchased from, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund. (See Terms & Conditions Below)

Terms & Conditions:

  • 30 Day Hassle Free Return Policy: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. All Returned  or exchanged items must be in New, Unused condition and include original product packaging and tags. All returned items should be shipped in a sturdy, secure packaging. We also highly recommend insurance.
  • Return Authorization Number: An RA number is required for any return or exchange. To obtain an RA number, call us and select #2 to speak with a customer service representative. Be sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Items returned without an RA number will be refused by our shipping department.
  • Returns For Refund: You may return your item for a full refund of product price with no restocking fee. Original shipping/freight charges are non-refundable. Product & packaging must be in original, brand new condition and not blemished or damaged. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Exchanges: No restocking fee, pending product & packaging are not blemished or damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Warranty Exchanges: All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. See Manufacturers Warranty pages. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a customer service representative.
  • Clearance and Closeout Items: No refunds on clearance, closeout or blemished items. Exchanges subject to availability.
  • Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail. We strongly suggest you insure the shipment for the full value of your purchase. Please use original packaging. Packages sent freight collect will be refused by the shipping department. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Free Shipping Orders - Any returned product that was purchased where shipping was included, including items that say "Free Shipping", will have the actual shipping cost incurred by deducted from the refund.
